Email To Request Customers To Review Products In WooCommerce
Some of the customers who buy products in your WooCommerce online store may not review them. In this post, I will discuss about a WordPress plugin which can be used to send automated email notifications to request customers to review products which they have recently purchased in your WooCommerce store. Advantage of sending these notifications is that it reminds your customers that they have bought a product from your store and they can write a review for the products. Product reviews are a great way to increase user engagement in your WooCommerce store and most of the customers like to read reviews and comments about a product before they place an order.

Here are the features of this WordPress plugin:

1) Select days after which the email notifications will be sent: From the plugin settings page you have the option to select the number of days after which the automated email notifications will be sent to the customers requesting them to write a review for their recent purchase.

2) Customize email notification subject line and email body: You can customize the subject line for the email notification which will be sent to your customers and you have the option to edit the body of the notification email. Also, you can test the email notification message by sending a test email to one of your email addresses.

3) Use placeholders in email body: You can use placeholders in the email body to personalize the email notifications. For Example, you can use the placeholder {customer_name} to add the customer name and {order_list} to add the list of products for which the customer hasn’t written a review in the email notification.

4) Option to opt-out from email notifications: You can include an opt-out link in the footer of the email notification. A customer who doesn’t wants further review notifications can click on this opt-out link and can unsubscribe from the email notifications.

5) Maintain email blocklist: You can maintain an email blocklist from the plugin settings page to make sure that you do not send email notifications to customers who have manually asked not to receive review notifications.
